  A bright, umami-packed fusion of Japanese citrus and fermented chili, our newest season addition delivers the perfect balance of heat, salt, and zest. Elevate seafood, noodles, or simple grilled vegetables with its bold yet refined depth.
  

• Charred Tomato Chipotle Butter (Premium +$2)
  Inspired by the bold flavors of Mexican Salsa Roja, this rich and velvety spread combines charred tomatoes, onions, and garlic with a smoky kick of adobo. Perfect for slathering on warm bread, tossing with pasta, or elevating grilled meats and vegetables.

• Summer Truffle Garlic Butter (Premium +$3)    
  This exquisite blend marries the earthiness of summer truffles and the richness of butter, while the robustness of garlic provides balance for a well-rounded flavour profile. Made in collaboration with Craft Truffles.

• Seaweed Butter
  A brackish blend that draws intensity from three different kinds of seaweeds and kelp, exuding light, salty earthiness that pairs beautifully with breads, croissants and bagels.

• Salted Egg with Curry Leaves Butter
  One of the most well-loved local flavours, our very own version is crafted with salted egg yolks, dehydrated curry leaves and a playful kick of spice.
  
  
• Sze Chuan Mala Butter
  Tangy peppercorns, chilli peppers and fragrant spices brought together in a delicious buttery blend. Packs a punch, but not overwhelmingly so.

• Kombu Butter
  Made from Japanese kelp, premium shoyu and a little bit of magic - this true classic imparts a deep umami flavour that makes it great as a spread and awesome to cook with.

Each jar comes with approximately 100g of your preferred butter. Our butters have a have a shelf life of 3 months when refrigerated 5°C (and below) and stored in a cool and dry environment. Visit here for detailed care instructions. For Dietary and Allergens Advice, please refer to here.

Our upcoming Pre-Order: Meraki Butters operates on pre-order basis. April’25 Pre-orders are now open till 11 April (Fri). Choose between:

• Self-collection: Collect from Firestone Bakery between 18-20 April (Fri - Sun), 10am - 8pm.
• Delivery: Have it delivered on either 18 or 19 April (Fri / Sat). Delivery is $10 for minimum spend of $45, otherwise $15 per location.
