Holiday Blini Trio

Ingredients

1 pack assorted blinis
White Chocolate Beurre Blanc Butter
Micro herbs, for garnish

Fig & Cheese Blini
Burrata or mascarpone
Fresh figs, thinly sliced
Black pepper

Cold Cuts & Cream Cheese Blini
Chorizo, salami, or assorted cold cuts
Cream cheese

Heirloom Tomato Blini
Cherry tomatoes, diced
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper


Method

  1. Spread a light layer of White Chocolate Beurre Blanc Butter on each blini as the base.
  2. For the Fig & Cheese Blini, add a spoonful of burrata or mascarpone, top with sliced figs, and finish with a crack of black pepper.
  3. For the Cold Cuts & Cream Cheese Blini, spread cream cheese, then add a folded slice of chorizo or salami.
  4. For the Heirloom Tomato Blini, toss the diced cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper, then spoon onto the blini.
  5. Garnish all three varieties with micro herbs and serve immediately.
