Truffle Garlic Pasta

Serves 1


100g Paccheri Pasta, or any tube pasta of your choice
150ml thickened/whipping cream
2 tbsp Summer Truffle Garlic Butter, chilled
½ White onion, finely diced
Black pepper, to taste
Optional, 2 tsp white miso
Optional, 1 sprig thyme
Optional, Craft Truffles Black Truffle Salsa



  1. Boil pasta according to package instructions. Strain and set aside.
  2. Heat a saucepan pan over medium heat and add 2 tbsp olive oil. Add onion and fry until translucent then mix in miso (if using) until combined.
  3. Add cream and thyme, simmer for 3-4 minutes until cream sauce is warm. Do not let the cream boil vigorously or it will turn lumpy. Remove from heat.
  4. Add in the Summer Truffle Garlic Butter and stir it into the cream so it slowly melts and emulsify into the sauce.
  5. Toss the pasta with the sauce until well combined. Serve with cracked black pepper, thyme and additional truffle salsa as garnish if you’d like.
